                               RESOLUTION NO. 20141
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CORRECTION OF
                   ORDINANCE NO. 9608 SO AS TO LIFT THE
                   CONDITIONS AS TO THE WHOLE ADJACENT C-2
                   TRACT, RATHER THAN JUST A PORTION THEREOF.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 WHEREAS, the videotape of the City Council meeting of
       August 20, 1991, reflects that it was the will of the Council to
       remove the conditions on the whole adjacent C-2 tract and not 
just
       a portion thereof; and
       	    	 WHEREAS, members of Council also remember that the
       ordinance should have reflected that the conditions were removed
       from the whole adjacent tract;
                                NOW, THEREFORE,
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CLERK OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, correct Ordinance No. 9608 by
       striking therefrom all verbiage of Section 2 after the word
       "thereof."
